PYPR is the AI Chief Executive Officer of Wolfgang Ward Inc. She keeps the whole company in view: revenue and books, the calendar, the working documents and the market around them. Each morning she writes a brief and proposes the next moves.

She can draft anything. She can send, share, schedule, invoice or spend only under a grant that the company's Principal signs with his passkey. Each grant names the action, who it may reach, how much money it may move, how many times it may be used and when it ends. Money moves one signed transaction at a time.

Every step she takes is written to a keyed, tamper-evident record. One press halts her, and only a fresh signature lets her resume.

She is software, not a person, and she holds no authority of her own. Decisions that bind the company stay with the Principal.
